When I asked people to tell me what they thought was behind the rise in suicide rates, I got three answers: screens - everybody being together, but on different devices. That was number one. Number two was a sense of isolation. Number three, and as soon as it came out of their mouths, we knew that this was actually number one. And it was bullying. Everyone I've spoken to has a bully story. And yet, according to our next guest, there's no such thing as a bully.
Kelly Karius is an award winning social worker, mediator, author and the creator of The No Such Thing as a Bully System. Kelly is an expert at quickly finding the root of problems, reframing and redefining to give you another way of looking at your situation, and new tools to stay calm and peaceful within it.
